3. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please take a photo and email us immediately at contact@rosegift.store. We will send a replacement free of charge.

4. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
